Bedrock, a multi-asset liquid restaking protocol backed by RockX, has partnered with Brevis to pioneer incentive mechanisms in Liquid Restaking, with the goal of building long-term engagement and sustainable ecosystems. Both teams believe that well-designed incentive models driving user engagement can make the difference between short-lived hype and long-term protocol growth. By leveraging Brevis’s Continuous Protocol Incentivization (CPI) framework and Incentra platform, Bedrock is moving beyond one-time, speculative airdrops toward continuous, verifiable rewards—aligning incentives with ongoing community contributions while ensuring transparency in reward distribution.
From Snapshot-Based Airdrops to Continuous-Contribution-Based Incentives
Liquid restaking protocols manage billions in TVL but face a fundamental incentive misalignment. Current airdrop models are snapshot-based that distribute tokens based on historical activity, creating a systematic disconnect between ongoing protocol growth and user engagement. Users optimize for snapshot criteria, then exit immediately after token launch. While, liquid restaking protocols require consistent capital allocation to maintain derivative token pegs and optimize validator reward distribution. Mass capital withdrawal following airdrops disrupts these mechanisms and degrades protocol performance.
Bedrock, with nearly $700M TVL across their multi-asset protocol, identified this misalignment early.
Inspired by Brevis’s Continuous Protocol Incentivization (CPI) model, Bedrock can shift from one-time snapshot-based airdrops to ongoing contribution-based token incentives aligned with continuous user activities. With CPI, the longer and more meaningfully a user contributes, the more they earn—creating a direct alignment between protocol growth and user incentives. CPI leverages the Brevis ZK Data Coprocessor to zk-prove and incentivize users’ activities in the Bedrock ecosystem without relying on a centralized party, just verifying the ZK Proofs, which prove the correctness of the on-chain activity data used and how the incentives are calculated. The incentivized scope could include actions like: staking or restaking assets within Bedrock (through brBTC), providing liquidity to Bedrock-integrated pools, or active interactions with other protocols within Bedrock’s uniToken ecosystem (uniBTC, uniETH, uniIOTX).
Boosting Liquidity with Incentra’s ZK-Powered Reward Programs
To complement its shift toward continuous contribution–based token rewards, Bedrock is also integrating Incentra’s ZK-powered reward programs to incentivize liquidity providers (LPs) and boost liquidity in targeted ranges on PancakeSwap v3.
Incentra, built on the Brevis ZK Coprocessor, is an all-in-one platform for running transparent, trustless incentive campaigns. By launching liquidity reward programs through Incentra, Bedrock can incentivize LPs not only based on the volume of liquidity they provide but also on how effectively they concentrate it within specific price ranges that optimize Bedrock’s markets for BR and uniTokens.
Here’s how it works under the hood:
- On-chain LP position data is fetched directly from the blockchain.
- The Brevis ZK Data Coprocessor processes that data and generates ZK Proofs confirming both eligibility (positions that meet campaign criteria) and accuracy (reward amounts).
- These proofs can be independently verified by anyone, ensuring full transparency.
- Verified rewards become claimable through Incentra, where distribution follows immutable, pre-defined rules and every claim is backed by cryptographic proofs.
Bedrock and Incentra are currently launching two reward programs on Base mainnet, designed to reward LPs who provide liquidity to specific pools. These programs are focused on PancakeSwap v3 liquidity pools, which are:
LPs who contribute to these pools can earn $OP rewards. These rewards are directly proportional to the trading fees generated by their respective positions within the pools. This ensures that those who contribute most effectively to the liquidity of these assets are compensated accordingly.
To start earning rewards, you can join the campaigns and claim your rewards by visiting https://incentra.brevis.network/.
Looking ahead, there are plans for additional reward programs and may be live in the near future, further expanding opportunities for LPs through Incentra.
Building Long-term Alignment
Bedrock and Brevis partner to demonstrate how a ZK Data Coprocessor can redefine incentive design in Liquid Restaking.
Instead of rewarding speculation, Bedrock is aligning incentives with meaningful participation:
- Continuous incentives ensure users are rewarded for sustained contributions.
- ZK-powered reward programs direct liquidity where it’s most impactful.
- Independent verifiability makes rewards transparent and tamper-proof.
This helps Bedrock build a resilient liquid restaking ecosystem fostering long-term alignment between the protocol and the community.
About Bedrock
Bedrock is the first multi-asset liquid restaking protocol, pioneering Bitcoin staking with uniBTC. As the leading BTC liquid staking token, uniBTC enables holders to earn rewards while maintaining liquidity, unlocking new yield opportunities in Bitcoin’s $1T market. With a cutting-edge approach to BTCFi 2.0, Bedrock is redefining Bitcoin’s role in DeFi, while integrating ETH and DePIN assets into a unified PoSL framework.
With nearly $700M in TVL and support across 15+ chains, Bedrock is building the foundation for BTCFi by turning Bitcoin into a yield-bearing asset and creating sustainable opportunities for users and communities alike.
